Today I had a representative of Servpro from the union office visit my home for a very bad smell in one of my bedrooms (A small dead Pest) Most likely below the floor in the wall. This was a free inspection! He was one of the most pleasant serviceman I’ve dealt with in a long time. He did a thorough inspection of my attic, the ductwork below the bedroom through the ceiling tiles downstairs up into the flooring. Since this was a small mouse, he indicated it would deteriorate, Keep the door closed in the window open and if it did not go away to contact them and they would go into the wall.
