He was able to open the ceiling and dry the area, then spackled and painted, and it looks like new. He also cleaned the wool area rug. The crew is polite and professional, taking their time returning the rug and furniture to the original places. For a leak in the basement, Nick responded quickly and was professional. For water damage from a cracked water heater, Nick got the job done right away, letting the customer know step by step what he was doing. The company provides incredible service and follow up, timely and professional, using state of the art equipment. They did an amazing job steam cleaning and restoring a severely urine stained expensive couch, getting the stain and smell out. Nick goes above and beyond, from amazing customer service to freshly cleaned carpets. Highly recommend.
