Had my family's living room set cleaned as a Mother's Day gift. The cats destroyed the original protective upholstery, so it had about 15 years years of living with two mechanics and an electrician. The staining, especially from grease and attic/basement soot, was well set in.The tech was timely, friendly, professional, communicated well, and was in and out in 2 hours (maybe less). It looks fresh from the furniture store, and Mom was more than happy with the result!

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is a wonderfully run company.I am never disappointed with the premium service they provide.I strongly recommend becoming a member.At the end of the year I saved money on all service calls and parts.If you have a kitchen or bathroom or laundry room-chances are a service call once or twice a year is common!! Friendly service with the knowhow and experience to handle anything.I even had them replace my failing water purifying system.My new treated water is the ultimate luxury.Makes showering, cleaning,washing clothes a joy. I recently unearthed, a rather dated Acer laptop, that was used at my last command, as a training station. Specifically for drone FPV flight simulator training. Once I retired, I packed it away. I now manage a company that has a drone training program, so thought it would be nice to have it resurrected, however, nobody seemed interested in refurbing a special application laptop that was over a decade and a half old. That is, until I found Ed, at E & S Computer Repair. As soon as I talked to him, he agreed it could be saved, as opposed to being replaced, and he guaranteed it would be less than half of what I would cost me to replace it. Ed is an Analog Wizard, at least to me. He replaced the HD, doubled the Ram, and tuned it up for increased speed and efficiency required to run sim environments. Ed is also very good at tailoring hardware and apps, to specific work functions required, which was important to me in this case. In the end, I paid about a 3rd of what it would have cost me for a similarly equipped new one. Ed is now our computer guy for both our business, and our personal devices, and he is a blessing.

His attention to detail on the little items is what separates him from other home improvement contractors. The project was completed in the time frame that I was told and brought in on budget. I would not hesitate to refer Erick and Pro Plus.

Kim did a great job selling my relative’s condo that was left in bad condition. I was the estate administer in charge of selling the condo. Kim put me in touch with several area contractors that did great repair work as getting the condo into selling shape was a big job. I live quite far from the condo so I depended heavily on her to keep track of the work being done. She sold the condo extremely fast at a much higher price than I expected. Kim is also extremely easy to work with & very knowledgeable about the housing market. I highly recommend her.

Dell Outdoor and the Pool Team have done an outstanding job with our pool installation. Their communication was exceptional — honest, reliable, and transparent throughout the entire process. From start to finish, the project was seamless, and the end result is absolutely gorgeous.
We have extremely high standards, and the team truly delivered. We continue to use Dell for our landscaping needs, as well as for opening and closing the pool. On the rare occasion that an issue arises, they are incredibly responsive and quick to resolve it.

I was extremely satisfied with the services I purchased. I really enjoyed my deep tissue massage with Amy. She asked if I was ok or if I needed lighter or firmer pressure. I absolutely loved my facial with Maria. I'll be back to see her for sure. Front desk girl was very friendly. The spa smelled like a fancy spa as soon as you walked in. Everything was clean. They had snacks and tea and water. Everything was lovely. I'll be back.
