I called Jimmy from Acme explaining the water issue we were having in our basement. He made himself available right away and was able to diagnose our issue and provide a solution. Jimmy and his team rectified the issue in our basement by installing a french drain and sump pumps with an additional battery sump pump. After the french drain was complete, they came back to install a 4" PVC pipe from our front gutter to the end of the property and tie this pipe into our new sump pump line. Jimmy and his team did a phenomenal job not only installing the french drainsin my basement, but also demolishing and clearing out the areas we intend on finishing. One of the best things about ACME is that they do it all— I’ll be using the team for the rest of my basement projects and would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, efficient and professional company.
James is a standup guy. His crew showed up on time, installed French drain/sump pump, good housekeeping. I plan on calling him back in Spring for other work around the house. Highly recommend!
