Dr. Garro and her ENTIRE team have been there for me whenever I needed them. Offering multiple treatment plans, compassion, and amazing bedside manner. At the beginning of 2024, I had to make the hardest decision of my life to euthanize my dog Freya, and the entire team and Dr. Garro made the process as painless and compassionate as possible, and sent a card to my family afterwards, signed by the entire team. Where can one start to describe the compassion, understanding, honesty that this practice provides? It starts with Dr. Garro, who is incredible. We had to use her in an emergency, and she and her staff were incredible. Her caring for our beloved golden retriever, thorough examination, up front and truthful diagnosis, options for treatment, and pricing were so welcome and made our visit so much more understanding. Her staff clearly follows her lead and treats every client with the same respect and compassion. Dr. Garrow is second to nobody -- and the care she provided to our BJ and even to us as we grieved our loss, just can't be matched.

They took wonderful care of our Sadie from the time we rescued her at 4 months old until she was 15. The most caring group of people. Dr Garro was part of our family and will be again someday!
