“Nardini Brothers have been my go-to electricians for 13 years. Their work is always top-notch . We own an old Victorian with lots of issues and they are consummate problem solvers, always finding solutions to the odd problems old houses have. They have done everything from simply rewiring a dangerous chandelier (it came with our house) to running a new high power line from the street into our home. “I’m a DIY novice and while replacing a plug socket into the wall there was a loud pop and the power went out to half of my house. I reset the fuse box but that didn’t fix it. I called Montillo late on a Sunday and the chap actually talked me through how to properly reset the fuse - which worked - and advised on how to properly replace the plug socket. Sebastian was one of the many contractors I consulted for two different projects in the house; replacing the skylight, and fixing a leak in the roof. He was extremely transparent with his pricing and his plan of remediation from the start and delivered the promised final product despite the many hurdles we came across.

My residence is a condo unit which comes with having to deal with the association involving numerous document submissions. Additionally, the job was submitted for an insurance claim which required photo submissions, appraiser visits and itemized quotes. During all of this, Sebastian led the charge and at the end, all work was approved through insurance and by the association.

Finally, one of the parts from Lowe’s was defective and he even re-installed the skylight with a replacement from Lowe’s, free of charge!
