Our lights went out in some of our rooms on a Saturday evening. Called this company and they had a technician available to come and diagnose the issue and remedy it. Wasn't too complicated but the technician had to go purchase a part from one of their 24/7 suppliers. Impressive. While I you pay a premium for emergency service, I was happy with the prompt response and quality of service.

I had a small issue with this company in terms of obtaining an invoice and a pricing issue. I was very surprised when they contacted me personally to find out how they could resolve the issues and then took great care to work with me on a satisfactory resolution. I was very impressed with their customer service and attention to detail and of course the electrical work that they completed was very sound.

Excellent service and very responsive to our needs. They made timely accommodations to move our construction project forward. This was not our first contract with him and he’s always been pleasant and competent. My highest praise! Will definitely use again Thanks H&A
