We entered into an agreement to install a battery charger and fix other electrical problems. We were presented with a fixed cost for the charger installation and paid on an hourly basis to fix the problems. However, at the end of the work day, I was advised of the additional cost for materials needed for the installation. Overall, the work was done in a quality manner.
Roman picked up right away, listened carefully to my concerns, and was able to send someone out the same day. The two gents who arrived were able to solve the problem immediately. It's always the little things, though, that separate a good business from a great one: the techs cleaned the light fixture covers before replacing them and tested everything along the way to ensure the job was high quality and built to last.
