After a severe weekend thunderstorm caused a tree limb to knock out power lines including an electric pole attached to our house, I contacted EMCO after not being able to reach any other electrician. Michael showed up on a Saturday afternoon to assess the situation, completed work with his team on a very hot Sunday, and then notified Con Ed. He cared enough to even reach out to me Sunday evening to check if ConEd had arrived.
When informed that my 92 year old mother still had no power, he assured me his colleague Adam would contact me first thing in the morning. As promised, Adam contacted me to report he had followed up with ConEd, and diligently followed up until power was restored. Very professional and dependable, especially with regard to communication.”
