“I gifted my daughter a treatment for her 23rd birthday. It was an all around great experience. The person that I spoke with on the phone was very helpful with helping me choose the best service for my daughter. The front desk staff was welcoming and professional. The atmosphere was nice and clean. Massage Therapist, Tasha Merriweather was very attentive and professional. My daughter really enjoyed her massage and foot scrub. We will definitely visit again.“

“Tula yoga has been providing Yoga classes for students ages 1-5 at my local preschool. The teachers are professional and loving. They make the classes exciting for the children. Their studio is located in the heart of Northern Liberties. It is beautiful and clean. They offer unique classes and even have drop-off special events for children to attend while parents have a night out. We love this place!“

“I’m literally obsessed with this place. The coaches are the best in Philly — if not the world! They put a great amount of time and care in setting everyone up for success, and absolutely everyone is cheering you on. I’ve learned so much during my short time here already and look forward to every single time I enter the gym. It really is a special place that also spends a lot of time giving back to the Philly community.“

“I’ve been going to Adrian for two years now, and he is consistently amazing. He is unequivocally one of the best massage therapists I have ever seen throughout the United States and internationally. I have recommended him to numerous friends and they all love him and continue to see him regularly. Beyond the chill and relaxing vibe, his work facilitated healing of older sports injuries. I’ve incorporated seeing him into my overall health practices in a maintenance capacity. He is also enthusiastic about customizing elements of the massage for each person, as I have asked him to use various types of music, ranging from house music to heavy metal in sessions and he is totally here for it.“

“Alan Foran is the best. He is an expert functional range conditioning instructor and yoga practice leader. I have been working with Alan for months, and could not be more pleased with the results. I wish that I had started this 20 years ago. Maha is great.“

“This journey, if you choose to take it, is a life changing one.For me, getting into the Intermediate class is when I really got the high of jiu-jitsu, becuase thats where essentially all sparring happens and you really start getting in touch with the art, the people, and the work. Really loved it but I got a concussion during a very intense standing spar (not very common in this sport). Being a grad student, this was really bad, but Phil and the team listened to what happened and helped me out.“

“So, it's officially been a year since I started coming to classes at the West Deptford location. I was looking for something new to learn and challenge myself, and I had never been a fan of yoga. Everyone at this studio changed that for me. The teachers are amazing, and Amy is the most thoughtful owner.I wasn't necessarily nervous to try the studio, but part of me dreaded it because I was always into quick moving sports, lifting and lots of running. Slowing down was not my cup of tea. My first class was with Kelly C (who is just beyond amazing), and I was cracking up the entire time. It was just what I needed.I went from going to 1 class a week at one studio, to 4 or 5 a week (depending on my work schedule) between both West Deptford and Washington Township. I've seen a huge change in my anxiety levels, my need for perfection, and my overall strength and flexibility. The teachers here not only help you become stronger physically, but also encourage and assist with your mental strength. Plus, the workshops an special events offered are always so fun. I just with I could attend more often. This place is great, and I recommend it to anyone looking for a change or an overall increase to the personal wellness.“

“I took Vince’s beginner House class for the first time and it was great! He spent time going over the body mechanics and broke down the movement to make it very digestible. The pacing was great and had a lot of fun. Highly recommend :)“

“EveryBody Movement and Wellness is a fantastic studio. I have been taking pilates classes here for several months and have been delighted with my experience. I had no prior experience with pilates but it quickly became a significant part of my life.I have taken pilates classes with Gabi, Kalila, and Megan. They are all wonderful and bring their own unique vibes to their classes. They are knowledgeable about body mechanics and modifications for different injuries or body types, and provide tips on how to adjust the challenge level of an exercise. From what I have observed they are also truly welcoming to different body types, genders, etc. and the studio is a nonjudgmental space where it's easy to focus on doing the work. Class sizes are also small (especially equipment classes) so you can get personal attention if needed. If you want a gentler, chiller workout (especially if you, like me, had bad gym class experiences, or if you have injuries or other restrictions to work around) that is still challenging and gets results I highly recommend taking classes here. My body looks better, but more importantly, I feel like I can move and function in ways previously unknown to me. I also have a lot more awareness of my body and how it's feeling. Pilates has been a very positive addition to my life and I am thankful to Julia and the instructors at EveryBody. If you're on the fence about trying it, just go for it.“

“I highly recommend Reiki My Yoga. I live out of state and always schedule a visit with Sae for one of her Sound Bath Meditation sessions while I am in South Jersey. I've gone to other sessions in other places and they just don't equate. I find Sae's Sound Bath Sessions to be very soothing as she leads a guided meditation joined with the healing vibrations of the large variety of singing bowls, bells, flutes, and other calming sound waves. Visiting the Reiki My Yoga studio is a great way to center yourself, heal, and recharge your energy. <3“

“They have a 5:30AM class, which works great for my schedule. The teachers have been very nice each time I visited; sometimes I do slightly different variations for the poses and they were encouraging, when I was exploring my practice/ gave me helpful pointers. Overall, it’s a nice airy studio with cubbies/hangers for your personal items. Thanks for offering an early morning class and guiding my practice!“

“I have been taking private lessons at the Pilates Core Center for 5 years now and I’m enjoying the instruction I’m getting now as much today as I did when I started. Everyone is so friendly and the facilities and equipment are in great shape. I would highly recommend using the Center if you want a great experience with caring instructors.“

“This yoga studio has an instructor for everyone. It's just about finding the right one for you. I personally enjoy that you will find classical yoga here. It's not watered down by extreme western influence and it sticks to its roots and culture. A respectful space and inclusive. They are also very accommodating to areas you want to work on. The studio is very big too.“

“Today I found my second new yoga ? ?‍♂️ ?‍♀️ home. I knew that in addition to the 8 miles a day that I have been walking/running/sometimes crawling everyday for almost two weeks now that I need to add other activities to my fitness plan for rainy days, ect.I found Ananda (means joy in Sanskrit) in Wenonah only 7 minutes away. I was greeted warmly by Karen an instructor there taking a class. I decided than and there to get invest in a membership. I than laid down my mat and saw the instructor of the class who was a gorgeous blond who looked really familiar. She came over and helped me with my poses during the class giving me extra attention which I was grateful for. I took the advanced class at my own pace and was super proud of myself at the end of it. I went to grab my stuff and was invited to sit down for tea with Karen. Janet the instructor came in to the room and I said you look really familiar. She said you do too. We than realized that her Dad and her Sister are regulars and my restaurant The Charlesworth. Her and her family joined them last year after her Mother passed. It is a really small world. I remember when I saw her walk in there was a light around her/shining on her. She literally lit up the room. We talked about the beautiful experience she had there after a really tough time for her family. I sat there and talked with Karen, Janet and another person who took the class for over an hour like we were old friends. I am so excited to be apart of this beautiful group now and figured I would give them a shout out. They deserve it.“

“I’ve been practicing here for 10-12 years. It’s the best Mysore program in the area. The teacher Elizabeth Crozier is a skilled teacher with at least 10 years experience & she’s devoted to the practice. She teaches each student individually paying attention to each students abilities. Her knowledge is outstanding. All levels are welcome plus it’s a great community“
