It’s been over a year of weekly & bi- weekly sessions and I always walk away with great nuggets and a prompt to dig into and uncover more of myself.
I have seen growth and healing during my open and honest conversation with Mrs. Deb. She’s very patient, practical, personable, encouraging and realistic.
I love that we can go back and forth from what the Bible says to the scientific methods of the mind, body, trauma or triggers. I also love that she presents such a wonderful professional and welcoming safe space for me to dump my heart and mind out.
