The teachers have been very nice each time I visited; sometimes I do slightly different variations for the poses and they were encouraging, when I was exploring my practice/ gave me helpful pointers. Overall, it’s a nice airy studio with cubbies/hangers for your personal items. Thanks for offering an early morning class and guiding my practice!“

“I’ve been going to Adrian for two years now, and he is consistently amazing. He is unequivocally one of the best massage therapists I have ever seen throughout the United States and internationally. I have recommended him to numerous friends and they all love him and continue to see him regularly. Beyond the chill and relaxing vibe, his work facilitated healing of older sports injuries. I’ve incorporated seeing him into my overall health practices in a maintenance capacity. He is also enthusiastic about customizing elements of the massage for each person, as I have asked him to use various types of music, ranging from house music to heavy metal in sessions and he is totally here for it.“

“So, it's officially been a year since I started coming to classes at the West Deptford location. I was looking for something new to learn and challenge myself, and I had never been a fan of yoga. Everyone at this studio changed that for me. The teachers are amazing, and Amy is the most thoughtful owner.I wasn't necessarily nervous to try the studio, but part of me dreaded it because I was always into quick moving sports, lifting and lots of running. Slowing down was not my cup of tea. My first class was with Kelly C (who is just beyond amazing), and I was cracking up the entire time. It was just what I needed.I went from going to 1 class a week at one studio, to 4 or 5 a week (depending on my work schedule) between both West Deptford and Washington Township. I've seen a huge change in my anxiety levels, my need for perfection, and my overall strength and flexibility. The teachers here not only help you become stronger physically, but also encourage and assist with your mental strength. Plus, the workshops an special events offered are always so fun. I just with I could attend more often. This place is great, and I recommend it to anyone looking for a change or an overall increase to the personal wellness.“

The classes here have helped me in all aspects of myself, physically, mentally, and most of all, spiritually. It put me on a path of growth and healing. I'm so grateful I have this place to come to. ❤“

“I started yoga at 68 years during Covid, and am still doing it twice/week at nearing 72. I love Jackie's classes, the right level physically, and with a little spiritual /thoughtful wisdom for inspiration. Thank you for continuing zoom classes! (Michigan)“
6 - 7AM
156 W Browning Rd, Bellmawr“This was my first time taking a class at this location as well as my first time trying pole dancing. It was super inviting, you were able to try a lot of different things without judgment, and even though my class happens to have a lot of intermediate students, no one gave funny looks, and nobody felt uncomfortable. the instructor was super friendly, it's a little far for me, but if I'm ever going to be in the area, I would definitely go back“
“Excellent experience getting some IV nutrition with the team! 10/10 will go back again!“
“Truly wonderful yoga studio with affordable suggested rates and down to earth teachers! I’ll never go to another yoga studio ??“
“I met the owner Justin through jiu jitsu and it may be the most important connection I have ever made. My wife, son and I now do yoga weekly with Justin in the studio and it has transformed our lives and relationship as a family. The location is intimate and cozy, giving you a comfortable feeling when you walk in the door. The classes are fun and challenging but you control how challenging you want to get. I have done Yoga a bunch of times with other teachers and NONE have ever been as good as Justin, he is REAL. Since practicing yoga at Yoga Rebellion, I have seen a huge improvement in my overall mental and physical health. I have improved my flexibility, I have grown more aware of the areas in my body that need work and I have built strength. There are a million places to go to try yoga but if you want the one that is going to leave you feeling better about yourself, this is the one.“
7:30AM - 7PM
1707 E Passyunk Ave, Philadelphia“I've been learning/practicing yoga at home for about a year or two and finally decided a few weeks ago to take the plunge and do my first in person yoga class. I was nervous but was so happy with how my first class went. I took the Bahkti flow on a Sunday morning with Aria and the class was energentic and invigorating. Aria was very warm and welcoming and I didn't feel uncomfortable in the slightest. Blocks and blankets are provided and I love the feel and aesthetic of the studio. I live nearby (about a half mile) so it is a nice walk and the location is great. (I went shopping after) - I bought a 4 pack of classes since I enjoyed it so much and went back for another class with Shannon - another great instructor. I'm very happy with my decision to pick Palo Santo and look forward to future classes.“

“Today I found my second new yoga ? ?♂️ ?♀️ home. I knew that in addition to the 8 miles a day that I have been walking/running/sometimes crawling everyday for almost two weeks now that I need to add other activities to my fitness plan for rainy days, ect.I found Ananda (means joy in Sanskrit) in Wenonah only 7 minutes away. I was greeted warmly by Karen an instructor there taking a class. I decided than and there to get invest in a membership. I than laid down my mat and saw the instructor of the class who was a gorgeous blond who looked really familiar. She came over and helped me with my poses during the class giving me extra attention which I was grateful for. I took the advanced class at my own pace and was super proud of myself at the end of it. I went to grab my stuff and was invited to sit down for tea with Karen. Janet the instructor came in to the room and I said you look really familiar. She said you do too. We than realized that her Dad and her Sister are regulars and my restaurant The Charlesworth. Her and her family joined them last year after her Mother passed. It is a really small world. I remember when I saw her walk in there was a light around her/shining on her. She literally lit up the room. We talked about the beautiful experience she had there after a really tough time for her family. I sat there and talked with Karen, Janet and another person who took the class for over an hour like we were old friends. I am so excited to be apart of this beautiful group now and figured I would give them a shout out. They deserve it.“
