SHINE Power Yoga Maple Shade is a welcoming space for yogis of all levels, offering a diverse range of practices, including Power Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Slow Flow Yoga, Deep Stretch Classes, and Kids Yoga. The studio's teachers are wonderful, providing excellent guidance for both novice and experienced practitioners. The clean and well-ventilated space is heated to a comfortable temperature, and the schedule offers a variety of classes throughout the week. The community is amazing, with a strong sense of belonging. The owner is fantastic, providing a warm welcome to all students and taking a genuine interest in their progress.
Phenomenal studio, I’ve been going for 6mo and have felt my practice growing stronger across the board. The teachers are wonderful, great for novice and practiced yogis. Studio is clean, well ventilated, heated but not overly hot. Schedule is also great, lots to choose from throughout the week. And amazing Community! All around 5 stars!
This studio is exactly what you’re looking for. It is both balanced in being so friendly and welcoming and giving you the necessary space to work through things in your own time. The teachers are well crafted and practiced. They are an integrated part of the community! The owner is just absolutely fantastic. It doesn’t matter if you practice there once a week, once a month, or once a year. They will welcome you with open arms. What I love most is they really see their students. They get to know you. The absolute best yoga studio! Everyone makes you feel like family and the instructors are the best! Shine is overall an amazing community of people and the practices are so fulfilling!
