“Jim, the owner and founder, is as knowledgeable and fair as they come. When my HVAC unit (which is approaching 30 years old) stopped working, it looked like the only solution might be to purchase a brand-new system. Upon inspecting a photo of the unit's interior, Jim determined the problem was a single burned-out terminal wire, and he immediately got in contact to let me know he believed a terminal-wire repair kit would do the trick. Sure enough, swapping out the wire made all the difference, and the unit kicked right back on immediately. (Photo here is of the old, burned-out wire...the cause of the unit's issues!)

I know I can't expect to get another 30 years out of this unit, but in an era when many local shops are being bought out by venture capital companies, whose techs are incentivized to find the most *costly* solution available, I know that with any other company, this repair would instead have been a complete system replacement. Jim and his team are intuitive and honest. Their only goal is making sure you get your system working as good as it possibly can.
