“Had other companies over to look at our furnace and they all had dollar signs in their eyes and they all said”this needs to be replaced with a new furnace”. J&K was honest and said replacing one part should be replaced and should resolve this issue but with no promises. It was a gamble and I took it. $950 is a lot cheaper than $10,000 plus. Honesty is missing from these technicians except at J&K.“

“Furnace shut down after power surge on Labor Day weekend. Tech worked with homeowner on the phone for an hour without success although he really tried to help. Two techs arrived early Tuesday morning and worked with manufacturer’s tech support and got system rebooted. Gave homeowner procedures to follow should it happen again.“

Recently, he found an issue with our 20-year-old, oil-burner furnace. Because he went the extra mile, he discovered we had a 99-year warranty on the heat exchanger (A Trane Company part). “Great Company - Asked for a fill up the other-day because we were running low before Spring but didn't want too much and they said they could give me 150 Gallons (very fair) and then when I mentioned I was on E they would see to get me some oil before the end of day - technician showed up around 4pm was able to fill up same day (full 150) and didn't charge me an emergency charge.

“So last week I finally turned the furnace on. Furnace was working, but I was not getting warm air. I had no issues last year when I bought my house. Furnace is about 5-6 years old. So last Thursday I made the call to TGM Services to schedule for someone to look at it. Not an emergency as I have spaces heaters. The serviceman came today. After troubleshooting for a bit, at turns out that there was a spider ?️?️ in the gas intake valve. Go figure! Thanks Jose at TGM Services for figuring this mystery out.“

“Ok , so back in 2022 I had a AC unit with some issues and it wouldn't cool. I had a local company look at it and they said it was DONE and needed to be replaced. Gave me a quote $$$$$$$. A friend told me to call Tom and DAMN I'm glad I did . CJ came out and had it working in 30 minutes with a new Capacitor. Very Inexpensive repair. Haven't had a problem since . Now today... my 5 year old Furnace ( not installed by Walker) decided to stop working. I called and left a message and Tom called me back within 15 minutes. Knowing that it's Friday almost 4pm and the Highway that leads to my house was being shut down due to a sinkhole... Tom walked me through some resets on my Furnace and I'm up and running again. You Don't find many Companies that would go that extra mile for their customers anymore. Tom , CJ and the rest of the group at Walker DO. There is NO other company I would call for heating and cooling issues. If you are using someone else ... Maybe you should think about giving Walker Heating and Cooling a call. “A friend of ours used Firefox Energy Concepts to install her gas fireplace. She had great things to say about the company, so we called them. From the first call, they were both professional and friendly. They showed up on time when the appointment day came and gave us a very fair quote for a gas fireplace. We scheduled installation after having the gas line installed by our local plumber. Again, they came on time and installed the new fireplace in a surprisingly short amount of time. The remote starter stopped working after about two weeks, so we called them. They were again very accommodating and came as soon as they could (within a few days) to replace what turned out to be a faulty remote. We were very impressed with the level of customer service we received and would not hesitate to recommend Firefox. Great product and great customer service.
