My heat stopped working last night, right before we are supposed to get 18” of snow and insanely cold temps! Joe responded to my text right away and tried to help me over the phone, unfortunately it didn’t work. He came out today and had my furnace working in minutes. Gave me a few tips and was very reasonably priced for coming out on a Saturday during storm prep! I will definitely be calling Joe again whenever I need something HVAC related.
