She’s very patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. 4 of us have returned for a weekly class together. Nola helps you understand your body, teaches you how to breathe and move properly, and she just has a way of making you feel comfortable. I travel 1.5 hours one way for class and will definitely stick with it!“
