Pilates, Etc.
“Nola at Pilates Etc. is truly one in a million. She is kind, deeply knowledgeable, and the care she gives her students reaches far beyond the studio walls. She genuinely invests in the people she teaches.
When I had to step away from Pilates due to an injury, Nola didn't just notice my absence, she reached out to check on me, see how I was doing, and even offered thoughtful suggestions and specialists to seek out. That kind of attentiveness is rare, and it meant the world to me.
Nola embodies grace in the truest sense, in how she moves, how she teaches, and how she shows up for her students. If you're looking for an instructor who will support you as a whole person, not just in class, she's the one.”
