A short story...On December 26th our furnace stopped working at 6:00 pm. I called the answering service, who promptly picked up, and told us a repair tech was in a neighboring town finishing a job and would come to us next. 20 minutes later, Dana from Townsend, arrived to address the issue. Dana was professional, knowledgeable and very personable. 5 minutes later our furnace was reset and we were back in business.Ed and I were blown away by the professionalism of this company considering it was "after hours".
