I checked my hot water heater and noticed brown sludge and a pool of water growing from the water heater. That can't be good, so yesterday I called a few places around town, never got a call back or just got a receptionist who said they charge $90 for just a quote and somebody will come by in three day.

Called Shawn, and left a message on his phone. Ten minutes later he called me back. I explained what is happening and told me to take some picture of my hot water heater. He instantly knew what I needed, gave me a fair quote and said he will be there the next day, which was good because my hot water heater was a ticking time bomb.

During his time he left a deep impression on me, he was an excellent conservationist and sat down and chatted for a few minutes after his job. He apologized to me because he had to deal with a long call and gave me a final price that was even lower than what was quoted on the phone to me. How many places do that!

Not many people write long 5 star reviews on google reviews, but you see many here. Hire Shawn for the job, and you too will want to write an epic 5 star review for him! Thanks Shawn!

“Been a customer of Nick for over 10 years. He did all the plumbing for our two bathroom remodels. He also installed a new boiler and hot water heater. For any unexpected plumbing / heating issue, Nick and his team have been quick to respond. After the Merrimack Valley gas explosions happened in 2018, our water heater stopped venting when it was turned back on. Nick installed a new vent pipe in our chimney. I never knew plumbers even did that work, but he did it -- going up over 30ft on a ladder in the pouring rain.
