We had been having a slow drain in the kitchen for months and tried plunging, drain cleaner, hot water with vinegar and baking soda, my husband even went up on the roof to check if the vent pipe was clogged. Finally I called Drain King, and I wished I had called sooner. Brenda who answered the phone was very pleasant and took all my info. She told me Dave was on another call but could be here later. She called back about an hour later and told me he was on his way. Dave was very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. I was referred to Drain King by my local plumber to clear a clogged shower drain. David quickly unclogged the drain and even insisted on cleaning up the entire tub area. He is prompt, efficient, and nice guy too. I would recommend Drain King without hesitation.
