“I have had my fair share of massages over the years. I went to Carolyn as a gift from my mother who enjoys her massage therapy. I suffer from lower back pain and left posterior shoulder issues from years of sports, gym and overall physical lifestyle. Carolyn hit all the right spots and applied a really solid amount of pressure (which is very hard to find these days). I slept like a baby after her massage and feel relief. Needless to say I will be getting healed by her again soon.“

“I had my first massage session with Lori today, and I will be booking more. The first thing that struck me was Lori's casual approach to the introductory meeting, preferring a conversation instead of having you complete a form, I liked that. She asked what areas I wanted her to focus on, what type of pressure I preferred, and if there were any other concerns. She was very skilled at finding tension spots I didn't even realize were there, and she spent time working on a few of the more stubborn areas with just the right amount of pressure. At the end of the session Lori took the time to offer suggestions for exercises I could do to strengthen certain areas and help alleviate the tension in those spots. The suggestions were all things I can easily incorporate into my daily routine. Knowing I wanted to come back, I asked Lori what she suggested as a frequency for visits. She said every one has different needs, schedules and budgets and told me what the average interval is, she didn't try to push more frequent visits and left it up to me to decide without pressure. “Paul is a true sports massage therapist. I’ve been a client for over 10 years. He doesn’t just know how to massage muscles, but it’s obvious that he has a solid understanding of human anatomy. Bones, ligaments, muscles, tendons, fascia…. Just ask, and he’ll be glad to share what he knows. When needed, he’s good at recommending appropriate stretches.
Sometimes, he does very deep massage, and even if it’s a bit uncomfortable, I’ve come to trust that it’s part of good sports massage therapy.

Webster is a great healing person. He is dedicated to his clients improving health.
Luckily I listened to a friend,( when I was suffering after two rounds of PT,) was told to go see Webster. He listened to what I had been through and knew to address other muscles that weren't included in PT .I did the exercises he planned out and went to him regularly for deep tissue work. As I was improving I opted for Stem Wave Therapy which soon proved to
rid me of soar inflexibility in my feet and hips.
I continue to have Webster work on me and recently received new exercises from him to strengthen my upper body . Thank you Webster!“
