I have been going to Inner Truth and seeing Tamar since her days in downtown Portsmouth. It is always an exceptional experience that seems to keep getting better and better with each visit! Tamar is by far the best masseuse I have ever been to. She is friendly, professional, kind, attentive and just an overall caring person :)I will continue to only go to Inner Truth and I recommend to everyone I know to do the same. Thank you for being such an amazing person!

Annie my masseuse was so cool, calm and collected and made my experience relaxing and relieving. We had the perfect amount of fun conversation. She really tuned in to my wants and needs! The area was quiet and zen-like. I will ALWAYS come here to get my massages! Thank you Annie!

I've been going to Casey at Inner Truth for over ten months now, and I always leave feeling incredible. I have a lot of upper body, neck, and shoulder tightness and pain, and Casey's great at pinpointing the problem areas and really working them out. I've always preferred female massage therapists, but Casey's definitely changed my mind. He is professional, considerate, and really eased any hesitation I initially had with a male therapist. If you're needing a consistently good deep-tissue massage, he's your guy! The facility itself is very peaceful and calming, and I love being on the email list for discounts and last minute deals. I highly recommend Inner Truth!
