“Just came back from a massage with Sparrow (Sarah Chapman). Probably had more than 100 massages in my life, but this was different. Went in looking for headache relief. Most therapist have two modes: relaxation or deep tissue. Some have a few levels in between, but they (Sparrow) were much more intuitive. Not deep just to destroy the knots. They used more small stretches and fine work. I would guess they have a better understanding of underlying anatomy. I am still struggling for the words to describe it. Let's just say it defies words and exceeded expectations.”

They ALWAYS PERSONALLY answered my calls, and text messages there were NO answering machines or answering services. Overall I am really impressed with the Ultimate Ultra Massage Chair and the company Massage Chairs for Less and I do realize that the shipping delays we beyond their control and should not be a negative reflection of this business in any way.
