With previous contractors, they required me to do the leg work with the town of getting the permits. When getting permits, the town normally asks a lot of specific questions, questions I wouldn't be able to answer. Lenzi Construction took care of the building permit and anything the town required.

Lenzi Construction was hassle free and a joy. It only took them a few days to build the deck. The only thing I didn't care for was all the waiting. I contacted them spring 2024 and the project didn't start till late summer.“
