I switched to this provider from previously being at Dartmouth and have to say I sincerely regret it. Many months ago when I was very very sick while pregnant I called asking to be seen and they said they would call back but didn’t. When I tried back again I couldn’t get anybody on the phone. My OB reached out to them since they couldn’t be bothered to call me and they immediately called accusing me of lying saying they called (mind you, zero missed calls and zero voicemails…)Fast forward to today because I figured maybe they had a busy season so I would stay on with them as a patient, I call because I need to be seen. Although it's been a long time since I had Dr. Casenas, He WAS 1ST HAND the Best PCP I EVER HAD, And I sure would love to get him again. I'm going to try, and I'll give my report Accordingly!!
