I would follow Dr. Silvia wherever she went. She is compassionate, calming, always takes time the to talk with me and I never feel rushed. Everyone would be lucky to have a PCP like her.

I love harbor homes. I have gotten so comfortable going there for the past few years. They saved my life and helped me get my life together and I am 3 years clean from drugs/alcohol because of them. They have all the resources needed for an adult like me to help myself. I appreciate them very much and im thankful! I am Grateful for you harbor homes! Thank you for everything you do for people.

Harbor Care Health and Wellness Center offers a team of doctors, nurse practitioners, dentists, behavioral health (mental health and substance use disorder treatment) clinicians, nurses, pharmacists, dentists, case managers, and support staff to provide all Greater Nashua community members with high quality, integrated primary, behavioral and oral health care. Speciality services include residential and outpatient substance use disorder treatment, psychiatry and medication management , HIV care, pediatrics, and women’s health.
