“I had my roof and gutters replaced. From day one when Serguei came out to inspect the roof and explain the process , to getting a date quickly to install, to Mike the site manager and the crew working hard all day, and Sherri and Jess in the office, the whole process went smoothly, proposals were written out with detail and communication was continuous. I am very happy with how my roof came out and everything in between.”
“Gerry gave us the best quote out of about a dozen for a full vinyl siding replacement. Almost too good to be true! We’re very glad we hired him. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the outcome. He does what he says-we could always count on him. Very honest businessman!
Update-After a bad wind storm 9 months after install, one spot in the new trim popped a nail. Minor, but Gerry responded immediately with the right fix. He proved that he means what he says when he warrantees all his work. Reliable, honest & responsive. I wish more businesses operated like Save-On”
“This is a first-class operation! Exceptional customer service from the project manager assigned at the time of the estimate to project completion and office staff who is always willing to help! The communication throughout the project from scheduling to supply deliveries was also exceptional. And let's not forget the crew with their knowledge of roofing and repairs who worked together seamlessly like well-oiled machinery. After the project was completed, the project manager came down to inspect the work and the areal was cleaned and left spotless when the job was completed. They installed our new roof 5 years ago and we had the same exceptional experience from start to finish.
I would HIGHLY recommend J. Carnes & Son Roofing for all your roofing and siding needs!”
