Reviews describe Home Resolutions LLC as delivering exceptional service with quick response. One customer had a small repair, and the crew did not hesitate to come and do the job, stayed informed, and finished as scheduled. Another customer said the crew did a great job on the roof, pricing was better than expected, and work was completed in a day. During one of the heaviest snow loads, the crew handled the entire roof safely and efficiently and removed every bit of the heavy roof-fall. They worked fast, safely, and with incredible precision. In about an hour and a half, the roof was fully relieved and all the roof-fall areas were completely opened up. For ice dams, the crew showed up when they said they would, explained what they would do, laid out options, and quickly and efficiently went to the task at hand. A leaking ceiling stopped in minutes. The crew came out same day within a couple hours, removed all the snow off the roof and removed the ice dam, likely saving thousands in additional damage. Customers describe the response time and fair pricing as great, and the business as understanding and honest. Highly recommended. Dustin and crew were great. I’m very late to write this as the work was done last fall. We had a re-roof done for both our house and large shed. Had multiple quotes done and Dustin was by far the most knowledgeable and honest. Not looking to take advantage of the homeowner and wanting to deliver a product that makes sense. Job was done in a half day! Would highly recommend!
Dustin and Ethan from Home Resolutions fit me into their schedule on very short notice to replace my roof cap and a roof vent. They took care to match the existing vent so the repair blends in. Their pricing was fair, and they were upfront and honest about my roof. They told me what needed attention now and what could safely wait, with no pressure or upselling. I'd happily call them again for any future roof work and recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable contractors.
