Tuesday is an angel. After just over a year of infertility, I made the mistake of going to an IVF clinic looking for help. I was 33 at the time and perfectly healthy. I had already seen one specialist who told me everything looked very normal for my age. This doctor, however, told me I had a 4 percent chance of conceiving naturally, that I had the egg count of a 40-year-old, and that if I was actually 40 insurance wouldn’t even cover IVF. He told me I needed IVF immediately because I didn’t have time and that I would likely go through menopause in my 30s. It was probably one of the most traumatic experiences of my life. I knew in my gut it wasn’t true. I was guided to Tuesday, and she heard me and validated everything I felt was wrong about that doctor's approach. She thoughtfully and carefully analyzed my labs and told me, “There is absolutely nothing clinically wrong with you, Shailyn. Let’s work to make your body hospitable and ready for a baby.” She set me up on supplements specific to me, a fertility diet, and even added a little reiki to the journey. I am now 5 weeks pregnant, and I truly feel that much of this is due to the thoughtful care and plan that Tuesday created for me. She is a miracle worker.

My massage here was absolutely amazing and Carolyn was such a ray of sunshine! I felt so taken care of, and she is the only person who has been able to avoid tickling my insanely ticklish shoulder blades (weird, I know). Every other massage I've had, they trigger my back spasms around my ticklish shoulder blades, but Carolyn was able to massage my back in a way that felt relaxing and productive. The room was cozy and relaxing as well. I hope to be back soon!

Excellent massage therapy! I had been ignoring a cranky shoulder for a few weeks, drove past this clinic, and gave them a call. Julie Smith called me back within the hour and fit me in for an appointment the same day. In short, she did an excellent job with my shoulder and I feel 100% better after only one visit. Rates are totally reasonable and the clinic is easy to find right on the main road in Hampton. I would not hesitate to recommend Julie Smiths massage therapy to anyone. It is rare that I find a contractor as good as this one. I was blown away by all aspects of their work and their attention to detail. The J Stefan crew is awesome, friendly and hard working. They came on time and their price was very fair. They completed a wide range of services from creating a drainage culvert, paving, spreading loam and digging up tree stumps. It is hard to find a company that can "do it all" and do it all WELL, but this one meets those qualifications! I highly recommend J Stefan Contracting.
Great experience with Dowling! I had received quotes from 5 different companies; one looked at our job for 5 minutes and left, and the others provided various load sizes but no explanation as to why they recommended that size. Dowling did their due diligence to look at all of our space to calculate the appropriate load size for our unit as well as the ductwork layout (both the vent locations and the duct lines to minimize ceiling impact) so the system is as efficient as it can be. They're willing to explain why they made their recommendation and educate me better, which was important to me considering the investment. Ductwork and installation went smoothly and the technicians worked through a 100+ degree day to get the AC turned on (one tech actually finished our job and left for another at 6pm that same day). Would highly recommend Dowling. They educate, provide reason behind a recommendation, and the pricing is competitive. All well worth it to gain peace of mind that I have the best system and layout for my needs.
