This is a first-class operation! Exceptional customer service from the project manager assigned at the time of the estimate to project completion and office staff who is always willing to help! We had a great experience with J. Carnes & Son Roofing from start to finish. They replaced our roof with GAF Timberline UHDZ shingles, and the entire project was handled professionally.
The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently and long hours, protected the property, and did an excellent job cleaning up when they were finished. I highly recommend the J Carnes team for doing an exceptional installation of our new roof! From the design ideas, to the preparation, and finally to the install days, I felt total confidence in their ability to do the job correctly and professionally. They prepared us for what to expect, how to get the property ready, and the on site project manager Kris was fantastic and communicated really well on project status. Their crew treated our home with respect and worked very hard multiple days to get the job done right. Never felt rushed, and the end result is amazing!
