We had an exceptional experience with James & Whitney, starting with the Exterior Specialist, Troy who was knowledgeable, thorough, professional, communicative, and honest with us. Scheduling was handled beautifully by Brandon, and he made sure everything was in place and ran smoothly. Karl and his work crew of 10 completed the replacement of our roof in just 7 hours. It was a remarkable performance on their part! Watching them work so efficiently and seamlessly was quite a treat. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
