“Doing business with Nick Tracey was a good experience. As a large company it is what you would expect, good sales pitch, had to deal with multiple people at different levels within the company and some confusion. With our job I had to deal with the solar company but kept getting phone calls from an unknown number to find out it was the dumpster company calling to coordinate dumpster delivery. Then got deliveries for a porta potty and materials with no phone calls, just delivered on the same day, which all of this is fine, just would have like a heads up that this was going to happen. All that being said, the crew doing the work, TOP NOTCH. They showed up at 7 AM, started working and didn’t stop till they were done at 6:30 PM. We ended up needing all our sheathing replaced, 41 sheets. The crew was only 3 workers. We have a small cape and the crew size was sufficient for the job without the sheathing replacement. Around 3 PM 5 others showed up and at 3:30 the first shingle was laid, by 6:30 they were done and pulling out. The install was professional, the clean up was detailed and the crew was some of the hardest workers I ever watched. With the crews hard work and the backing of Nick Tracey’s company I would highly recommend them.”
