Simmons did a great job! Had an air conditioning issue. Called after hours. They called back right away, also after hours and had a person here the next day. Tim was excellent!! Fixed the problem quickly! Great service!
Simmons is always there for us for all our plumbing needs. The plumbers are all personable and professional. They always explain what they found and how they are going to fix it. they arrive on time and always clean up after themselves.
I recently had Simmons Plumbing and HVAC service come out to my home to flush my Rinnai water heater. I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Brian, the service technician, did a wonderful job. He was professional, polite, knowledgeable, and very personable. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure everything was working properly before he left.
