I feel my son is not only learning physical skills, but important life skills as well. The classes are both intentional and fun, and the kids learn something new every time. I see smiles, focus, and enthusiasm every time we walk through the doors.“

My son is always pushed to his full potential, valued as an individual, and feels safe to be himself. A great place for your child to grow and succeed!!“

3 Howe Dr, Amherst“We can’t say enough wonderful things about Determined Martial Arts. Since our son started attending, we’ve seen an incredible transformation—not just in his physical strength and skills, but in his self-confidence. He walks so much taller, speaks up more, and takes on challenges with a newfound sense of determination and confidence; he knows he can do hard things! We’ve had friends, family, and teachers comment on how much more confident and focused he has become since starting karate a year ago. It’s been amazing to watch him grow not just as a student of karate, but as a young person developing pride in himself and what he can accomplish. We’re so grateful for everything DMA has done for our son. If you’re looking for a place that builds strength, character, and confidence, look no further!“

292 Derry Rd, Hudson“I reached out to Sensei Nic asking if he would have me as a guest while I was in New Hampshire for work. I train under a very credible Kyokushin school with a strong lineage in Canada. Sensei Nic's training is true to his own lineage and shows a clear grasp of the Kyokushin teachings.I was impressed with his students as well, who showed me great hospitality while I attended training with them, and welcomed me fully.Sensei Nic has a unique approach to developing kumite which I found very challenging as well as novel which I appreciated greatly. His conditioning was almost identical to that which I experienced with my own teachers who developed their methods through long training in Japan. This is a VERY good thing! His kihon practice is strong and adheres to the traditional way, however I found his approach to practical application of Kyokushin to be an excellent blending of tradition and modern self defense. I really enjoyed it - Sensei Nic is one of only a handful of Kyokushin Sensei's who have not only practiced kumite with me, but also grappled! I cannot express the value of this to prospective students of Kyokushin.Overall, I rate this Dojo very highly and look forward to sharing what I could learn to my peers, students and teachers at my home dojo.Thank you Sensei for having me, and to anyone looking for karate - GO HERE. THIS IS GOOD KYOKUSHIN.“

“I love this place. It's not super uptight, but still is challenging. As with anything, you get out what you put in. I need to put more into it myself, but am definitely happy with where I am at based on their part in it.“
