Updating my review since I've been going to Sol Power Yoga 1-3 times a week since the end of April: I'm absolutely in love with hot power yoga (April was my first time ever!), the teachers, and the community. Now matter how I feel when I walk in — physically, mentally, spiritually — I ALWAYS feel better when I leave the studio. Classes are challenging, invigorating, and transformative. I am so happy I found Sol.
I was in the area for work and searched for a yoga studio nearby. I’m so happy I found Sol! What a beautiful studio filled with beautiful humans. From the instructor who greeted me when I arrived to my neighbor in class, the whole experience was so welcoming! The website was easy to navigate, the classes are well described and the instructor was just lovely. The cueing was top notch and the flow was just what I was looking for. 10 stars!!
Full time rock climber and hiker living in my van. I intended to stay put in NH for the winter months to explore the white mountains and thought it would be a great opportunity to also try yoga.
As a first time student, Sarah and all the teachers have been extremely welcoming and kind. If you are an adventurer of any sort, the opportunity to find a practice like this, that emphasizes mind/body connection, is very unique. It not only helped me with balance and strength, but gave me a mental space I intend to take with me on all my adventures!
