“My brother-in-law used Dotzler Construction to side their house. We in turn used DC to side our house and shed, and change the gutter guards. We loved the work they did so much that we had them come out again to remove a garage window, fill the void, and side over it. When we had a sewer backup in our newly finished basement, DC came out again, this time to replace the damaged drywall, bathroom floor, vanity, baseboards, and paint the walls. We are in the process to downsize our office, so we will have DC repaint the room for us.Dave does a great job handling the initial and behind the scenes work. Tim is the master carpenter and Marco is the master sider and painter.If Marco is on your job, he works better if you offer him ice cream bars. :-)2024 03 12 - I had to add another comment. We had some water damage in the hallway bathroom, which Dotzler will fix the damaged ceiling for us. Tim came out and determined that we had a defective exhaust roof vent. He called his friends at Mutual Roofing, who arrived in short order and replaced both bathroom exhaust roof vents, as well as some missing shingles. Not only is Dotzler Construction good at what they do, they are good to recommend other companies that do what Dotzler Construction chooses not to do. Another feather in the cap for Tim, but a new feather for Nick and crew at Mutual Roofing.“

“We had a major water leak on our warehouse roof late on a Friday afternoon and Solid Roofing & Exteriors came to our rescue. They started working on the issue that day and came in over the weekend to ensure the fix was in place before there was another chance of rain. Their rates were great even in an emergency situation. Rick is very knowledgeable and quickly identified the problem. They even removed wet insulation from the attic, fanned the area until it was dry and then replaced the insulation with new. I will continue to use them and also recommend them to others.“

“I had two wood framed bay windows that were rotting behind some overgrown landscaping. Brandt came out within 24 hrs of me reaching out, gave me some options, and we settled on a new EIFS coating. They repaired the damaged material and refaced the window casings. I wasn’t sure how it would look but gave it a try. I am very pleased with the outcome, the time in which he made it happen, and the price for the project. He gave me a quote, we made some small adjustments and he stuck to his bid. The old ones were dented by hail but were also the wrong size when the house was built. They explained everything they were going to do and why in detail!
