“Garret arrived on time for an inspection of a leak that this building has had for sometime before we came into it. He discovered that it was caused by a small tear in the membrane exactly in the valley where the water runs. He was able to fix it just with a tube of caulk and did not even charge our nonprofit a bill.There is no doubt in my mind that had this been a less reputable company, we might have been given a big bill for a very small repair.
