This review covers work done in late 2022, and I'm kicking myself that I never reviewed Lastime Exteriors.
From the first interaction to the last (no pun intended), Lastime Exteriors was outstanding. An easy consultation with clear explanations and options, exceptional craftsmanship installing our new roof and gutters, very responsive and easy to work with, all at a lower price than their competitors. We've recommended them to other people and will use them again when, invariably, the next big roof-smasher storm comes through.
I called Lastime because that is who we used for our roof twenty two years ago. I value the fact that they are locally owned and word of mouth advertising only. They have been around for quite a while. J Korff came the same day that I called to request an estimate. He and his partner were genuine, not high pressure like a few others. Very upfront and honest with the pricing for class 4 shingles, gutters and downspouts. The work was done within a couple of weeks of his visit. I would definitely recommend.
Very friendly helpful and professional. I would recommend them to family and friends.
