“I would give a 10+ if it went that high! We went to Chris after an experience with another company that wouldn't answer even basic questions about how they would go about doing the project (backsplash). Chris sat us down and started explaining how he does it, the materials he uses etc. without us even having to ask! My backsplash is exactly the way I designed it. Chris, who did mine, even threw in updated light switches for free to make sure the area was beautiful. He fixed things in the remodel that were not even part of his company's job! He is knowledgeable in so many things and even offered to install something in the basement that our housing insurance required ( and HE got the part for us!). He educated us in cleaning products (who knew you couldn't use Pine- Sol on everything lol), and his network of professionals blows my mind. He knows people that can literally do every job imaginable with the same level of expertise (i.e. front door refinishing, grout re-staining etc.). His work ethic is impeccable and genuinely cares about his customers satisfaction. I will never go to another company without going through Chris first. Ten thumbs up and a shower of gratitude☺”
