Pyramid Contractors completed a smaller project on our roof to repair and replace ridge venting that was damaged during wind storms. Amanda came out to the house and was very personable and professional. She maintained good contact with us as well. I think what we appreciated was the fact that although our project was relatively small in the roofing scheme of things, Amanda and Pyramid treated it with attentiveness, quick response and excellent communication. Rich and his team did a wonderful job replacing my old roof. I was updated all the way through from the estimate to the completion of the project. The cleanup around the yard when completed was so thorough that I could barely see where the ladders had been placed. Will recommend to everyone.
My husband and I recently had the siding on our home replaced by Pyramid due to hail damage in 2024. We got started on the project late because we misunderstood the coverage we had with our policy and had a family illness.
