After a major storm, replacing our roof turned into a much more difficult process than we ever expected. Between the insurance company making things difficult and other roofing companies unwilling to advocate for us, we were feeling frustrated and stuck.
Thankfully, we were referred to Aaron at Ibex Roofing, and it made all the difference. Aaron went above and beyond, meeting with our insurance company multiple times, fighting for us every step of the way, and making sure we understood all of our options without ever making us feel pressured. He genuinely put himself in our shoes as homeowners and guided us through the entire process with honesty, patience, and professionalism.
The quality of the roof is outstanding, and we couldn’t be happier with the final result. If you’re looking for a roofing company that truly cares about its customers and stands behind its work, I can’t recommend Aaron and Ibex Roofing enough. Thank you, Aaron!

I would give them more than 5-stars if that was an option. The team at Ibex was amazing to work with. All of my questions were answered quickly and they even went as far to help me navigate everything needed for my insurance claim (as a first time home owner this can feel overwhelming). The roof was done and the crew cleaned up promptly and I am extremely happy with how my roof turned out!
