My dog was killed at the groomers, Canine Design, Jan 29, 2024. Jodi was so kind & gentle with me when I brought Nala here for cremation. She hugged me, ordered everything for me, put me in a private room with Nala so I could grieve with her before they took her. I received a card in the mail signed by everyone there. It was amazing. ❤️
The staff is very nice and caring.. When I had to send my 15 year old cat across rainbow bridge, they were very nice amd comforting..... and when I decided to get a new kitten, they were so excited to see her ?..... Just to know that they care and remember me that much is AWESOME
The staff at Superior Vet always take good care of Spike and treat him as if he was their own pet. They listen to my concerns and spend time addressing each question and concern. I always feel confident that Spike is in good hands when I need to have his health taken care of.
