“This was our first time there and they did a great job with Gunner. They said it would be 1.5 hours so when they called after 40 minutes I knew he was not put in a kennel to wait his turn. Which tells me its a very well run place. He is difficult when it comes to his nails so a bath blow dry and nails was a 2 day event. To be honest they did a lot better job then I thought they would be able to do. Highly recommend and be going back.“

“We had 3 training sessions with Jen. Our dog lacked confidence and we had several issues we wanted to work on. Jen came to our home and provided us with the tools and skills to help Daisy gain confidence and ultimately become more comfortable.
Having her come here was extremely beneficial because it allowed Daisy to remain comfortable in her own surroundings and not have to also deal with distractions.
Jen was easy to work with and she consistently checked to make sure we understood her suggestions, and if we had additional questions.
We will definitely reach out again for any future training questions or needs.“

“We went to Omaha Animal Hospital for a 2nd opinion on our dog’s ACL based on a referral from another person who went through the same thing with her dog. First, they were able to get us in to see Dr Luke in a reasonable amount of time. The staff and facility were very nice. Dr Luke was very thorough with his assessment and showed / explained to us exactly what happened to her knee. He gave us the options and let us make the decision. We ultimately decided to have him perform the surgery. He was able to get our dog in right away and now she is in recovery. Price for this type of surgery was concerning, but his price was amazing when compared to other facilities. Overall, our experience was great. Dr Luke was top notch. Definitely has a new client and fan.“

“Apollo is a difficult dog to groom but he seems to do better without his masters. They said he did great and he came home smelling great! Just remember to look for their collar, they didn't give it back and i didn't realize it til the next day“

“Gentle doctor has been awesome with both my pet babies!!! I have been to all 3 of the clinics and I have been happy with the care that my pet babies have received. My little girl baby doesn’t do well with strangers, but they are gentle and thoughtful with her care. On her last visit the tech commented “it says she does better in the back, is it ok if I take her back there to get looked at?” I LOVED it that they noted that and asked me. (She has a lot of anxiety).
Also, I appreciate that they call for follow ups, and ask how my babies are doing after their visits.

I also use their grooming services. Where my little guy does very well, my little girl not so much. They take their time and they both come out happy and gorgeous! When my pet babies enjoy their experience, it says a lot.

“After my 12 year old dog passed away, I was in an absolute panic at the thought of going thru potty training a new puppy after all those years. Sue was recommended to me. When I called her, she was so very understanding and was at my house the day after I brought my 10 week old puppy home. Just having her there with her expertise was such a calming factor for me. Sue really understands the mind of a dog and I learned so much from her during our puppy sessions. I have had dogs my entire life and I have never felt I had the necessary tools in starting off on the right foot until now. Sue is always there for you if you need to call; and with her expertise, she is terrific in how she deals with your dog. Also, she is very patient with you and gives so much of her time. I highly recommend Sue and will continue to refer her to others!“

“This business is one of a kind. I have never met so many loving and caring staff members in my life. The treated my little girl as if she was a precious gem. At first my girl was shy but they slowly brought her out of her shell and soon she was romping with the best of them. I am a travel nurse and I was nervous about leaving my baby. After a while, my dog was upset when she didn't get to go to the day care. She met true friends both 2 legged and 4. My dog loves this place-more than home! I love this place too. This business is just like family! We love you Good Karma!!!!“
