“They came to provide an estimate for my elderly mother, who didn’t fully understand the process and was uncomfortable having two people in her home. This led to some miscommunication, and the manager initially decided not to service the home due to what he felt was disrespect during the explanation. I spoke with Fred, the manager, who explained the situation clearly and professionally. He clarified that they usually perform the service the same day as the estimate, and if they have to return on a different day, a new estimate is needed.

Despite the initial misunderstanding, we were able to resolve everything, and they did service her home. Devin was respectful, patient, and did an amazing job. The carpet looks great.
