The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars was because I had to pay for my eye exam and my last vision place I didnt have to, my insurance took care of it. And I switched because Definitive Vision is supposed to be on my plan. I just dont get insurance! Staff=5 stars!“

Every single employee from the top down treats you like family….All the Doctors and specialists truly care and always work the hardest at getting your glasses/contact needs met! Been going there 10 years, the staff is super communicative. I could walk in there on a random day and Lisa would remember my name and what I need before even having to look anything up! Would highly recommend this location“

“Gia was fantastic! She was the optometric tech who was with me through my exam. She was very knowledgeable and efficient and had a great rapport with the doctor.

After the exam, Gia helped me select a frame. She gave honest feedback and provided a lot of options. From there we selected lenses and took measurements.
