I've been to both Definitive Vision locations and haven't had any issues. They are fast but not rushed, everyone is helpful, and all of my questions are answered. I'm glad Definitive Vision is here and don't see myself going anywhere else.

One of the best experiences I’ve had with customer service in years. Eye care has always been a passive activity that felt like another chore. I saw Dr.Elwood years ago because the office was close but recently went back because I remembered his manner being informative and genuine.Just left with glasses and contacts. The exam was futuristic!!! Technology in this office was neat and worth visiting alone.Chelsea (gosh I hope that was their name) WAS everything I’ve ever wanted in a glasses store.
