Abigail was so professional, took her time explaining the answers to my questions, and was SO bubbly and happy. This visit was probably the best eye visit I’ve ever experienced.

Alex D. at the La Vista location was absolutely fantastic! From the very beginning, he took the time to listen to me, understand what I was looking for, and help me choose frames that truly suited me.
What impressed me most was his eye for style. The choices he recommended made me feel fantastic, confident, and honestly helped me see a different side of myself. When I put the glasses on, I couldn’t stop looking at myself because they brought out features I hadn’t really noticed before. He helped me step outside of what I normally would have chosen, while still making sure the glasses felt like me.

Dr. Thomsen made a good first impression and gave me heads up about time frame for possible cataract surgery in two to three years. However, he was not able to assuage my concerns about transportation.
Elissa was very proactive and helpful with my questions about the co-pay amount.
Cheryl was also very helpful replacing nose pads and making minor adjustment.
I contacted a phone rep this morning but she was not at all helpful. I got much better service from Ilumin Eyes rep after lunch.
Please consider partnering with transport service for people who live alone!
