I love the experience that my daughter and I have together yesterday, starting with that nice lady from the front desk to check in, second-, the nurse she took us to the room , very gentle with my daughter, and then the last person who talk about my daughter‘s condition and explain in a clear way that I was able to understand .
Doctor was great, thorough and communicated well. The receptionist as we were leaving was awful. I said that the doctor wanted an appointment in 2 months, she set it up 4 months out and wouldnt listen to me. Another doctor had to fix the date.
The whole team was great. Our son has autism and epilepsy so the team after never meeting him before made him feel welcomed and appreciated. They treated him with dignity and respect(that hasn’t happened at a lot of places we go). Dr . Payton was very kind understanding and helpful.
