Every staff member I've encountered at Tiburon so far has been pleasant, helpful & knowledgeable... on the phone, in person... all of the above. Dr. Carpenter is personable and easy to talk to - and he answered all my questions. (I ask a LOT of them). A sincere, legit 5-star visit.“

“Gia was fantastic! She was the optometric tech who was with me through my exam. She was very knowledgeable and efficient and had a great rapport with the doctor.

After the exam, Gia helped me select a frame. She gave honest feedback and provided a lot of options. From there we selected lenses and took measurements.

“Malabar vision is great! They got me in and out in a timely fashion, my appointment took less than an hour to complete and the staff is very friendly! The staff is also very queer friendly and used my preferred name and asked me what pronouns I used during my appointment, which was greatly appreciated. I will definitely be coming back“
