We all take for granted the blessing of daily Heat /AC until it breaks down !
We had contacted our home warranty co when we realized our heat pump
wasn’t working. They sent out their contractor, here he looked at the unit for 10 min we were told basically the part could not be found, then extreme issues were noted (that did not make sense ),so they recommended a $8,000 new unit our cost(after the warranty part paid).

*We had always had Kaleb work on our AC when we lived in Youngsville and inspected our unit before buying our home in Creedmoor. with that we decided if we needed a new unit we would call him.

Kaleb was so kind! He knew the Thanksgiving holiday weekend would mean we would have no heat, and his suspicion that some of what we were told was wrong did not ring true. He then, took the time after hours, at 6 pm to drive to Creedmoor inspect the system thoroughly. Kaleb got the heat pump running for the night !
Then located the “ unavailable ” part that supposedly didn’t exist anymore according to the other company !
He had it here at 9 o’clock this morning installed!! Our unit is running perfectly!! $650. for all versus $8000. for a new unit we don’t need yet!
We are thankful for Kalebs kindness and a company that went above beyond to do whatever it took to see that we had heat for this weekend!
North Raleigh and Kaleb has HVAC knowledge, expertise, integrity and ability to troubleshoot problems to go the extra mile for clients is a rare find!
